        Hugh Scott

        Solar, Energy Operations and Finance

        Hugh has an established track record of executive leadership with a particular focus on solar solutions for retail customers. Before starting TogetherSolar, he ran NRG Home Solar where he started and grew their community solar business. Prior to NRG, Hugh managed technology and operations for Direct Energy and scaled-up Energy Plus from a start-up to, ultimately selling the business to NRG where he managed over 2 million customer relationships.

        Doug Gilbert-Smith

        Electricity Markets & Commercial Risk

        A veteran of both the electricity and natural gas markets, Doug specializes in providing strategic guidance on market price risk to developers, industrial consumers and retailers interested in optimizing their current and future positions in the energy markets. Doug is also working to bring “grid edge” technologies to both commercial and residential customers to provide long-term supply certainty with greater grid resiliency. He is a Member of the Gulf Coast Power Association and a recent Participant in the Colorado Cleantech Association’s Energy Fellows Institute.
